SPECIFIC CONTRACTUAL TERMS IN H&T 2026

DATES AND OPENING HOURS
February 2–4, 2026
Opening hours: Monday, February 2 and Tuesday, February 3 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Wednesday, February 4 from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

ADMISSION AND CONTRACTING

In addition to the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions and Participation Rules, companies and institutions whose activities fall within or are related to the sector in question, and who comply with the applicable legal requirements to carry out their activity, may participate as exhibitors at H&T 2026. The organization reserves the right of admission.

In order to provide equal opportunities to all participating entities, organize the exhibition area thematically, and improve the visitor experience, the exhibition layout of H&T 2026 has been structured into two thematic zones: equipment and services companies (Hall 1) and gastronomic product producers and distributors for the Horeca channel (Halls 2 and 3).

BOOKING ADDITIONAL STANDS

To ensure a balanced distribution of exhibition space and guarantee diversity among exhibitors, the following rules apply:

  • If a company wishes to book an additional stand beyond the one initially reserved, the rate per m² for the second stand will carry a surcharge, which will apply only to the additional space.
  • The organization reserves the right to limit or deny the booking of additional space if it considers that such expansion could harm the equitable representation of all participants.

MANDATORY PARTICIPATION RULES

  • Companies located in the equipment and services zone may not exhibit gastronomic products commercially, even if they also operate in this line of business. Such products may only be used for tasting purposes when necessary to demonstrate the functionality of certain machinery.
  • Companies located in the gastronomic zone that also operate in equipment or services may not exhibit these commercially in this area. Their use is only permitted when essential for preparing the gastronomic product and never for the purpose of sale.
