  Stand design submission: Mandatory for design and floor-space-only stands.
• Until January 8, 2027
  Full payment of the stand and contracted services
• Until January 15, 2027
  Final artwork submission: For the production of stand graphics, if contracted.
• Until January 15, 2027
  Confirmation of company name (sign): This name will appear on official materials: website, directory map and, if applicable, on your stand sign
• Stand assembly and dismantling
  Assembly: Each exhibitor will be given an assigned date for assembly, depending on the type of stand and its location in the hall. This scheduling aims to optimize access and ensure an orderly setup.
  Dismantling: The organization will assign specific dismantling dates, also based on the stand’s location. These must be strictly followed for an orderly removal process. Once the deadline has passed, the organization is not responsible for any materials or items left in the hall.

• Receiving goods before the event Goods may be received by FYCMA, with the organization notifying exhibitors well in advance of the date, time and procedure for receipt.
• Receiving goods during the event days: From 1 hour before the start time of the show until the doors open to the public.
• Removal of goods: 30 minutes after the show’s closing time. On the closing day, only small items that can be carried as hand luggage through the loading/unloading yard may be removed.

This event has restricted admission for professionals with prior registration. Therefore, access is not permitted to anyone under 16 years old.
