SPACE FOR PARTICIPANTS
Here you can find all the information and documentation you need as an H&T participant.
Personal Area Access
When you register for H&T, you will be able to access your personal area to manage your participation in the event, networking agenda and private meetings, and access to on-demand content.
Exhibitor Highlights
- Send your company logo and URL: starting now, so we can give your company visibility by appearing on the H&T website, under the Participants’ section.
- Stand project: by December 27, 2024.
- Full payment for the stand and contracted services: by January 3, 2025.
- Final artwork: by January 15, 2025.
- Your company name / Signage: by January 23, 2025. This name will appear on various fair materials: website, directory map, and stand signage if applicable.
- Celebration: February 3-5, 2025.
Trade fair hours: February 3rd and 4th from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and February 5th from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. - Assembly and adaptation of stands: For a correct and optimized planning, the technical management will provide each exhibitor with a date of assembly and adaptation of the stand according to its type and location within the exhibition area, to ensure order and easy access to the assembly.
- Dismantling of stands: For proper and optimized planning, the technical management will provide each exhibitor well in advance with a dismantling date based on their location within the exhibition area, ensuring an orderly evacuation. Once the dismantling period has ended, the organization bears no responsibility for materials or items left in the Pavilion after this date.

Shipping and collection of goods
- Reception of merchandise prior to the event: Merchandise may be received by FYCMA being the organization the one who will communicate with sufficient advance notice to exhibitors the date, schedule and reception procedure.
- Reception of goods during the days of the event: 1 hour before the beginning of the event until the opening of the doors to the public.
- Departure of goods: 30 minutes after the closing time of the fair. On the closing day, only small goods that can be transported as hand luggage may be removed through the loading and unloading yard.
Conditions and Standards
This event is restricted to professionals with prior registration. Therefore, access is not allowed to children under 16 years of age.
