• Until 15 December 2025
  Send the stand project: Compulsory for design stands and floor stands only.
• Until 3 January 2026
  Full payment of the stand and contracted services
• Until 9 January 2026
  Sending of final artwork: For the production of stand graphics, if you have contracted them.
• By 19 January 2026
  Confirmation of the company name (sign): This name will appear on the official supports: website, directory plan and, if applicable, on the sign of your stand.
• Stand set-up and dismantling
  Assembly: Each exhibitor will receive an assigned date for assembly, depending on the type of stand and its location in the hall. This planning aims to optimise access and guarantee an orderly set-up.
  Dismantling: The organisers will assign specific dates for dismantling, also depending on the location of the stand. It is essential to respect these dates for an organised dismantling.
  Once the deadline has passed, the organisers cannot be held responsible for any materials or objects remaining in the hall.

• Reception of merchandise prior to the event: Merchandise may be received by FYCMA being the organization the one who will communicate with sufficient advance notice to exhibitors the date, schedule and reception procedure.
• Reception of goods during the days of the event: 1 hour before the beginning of the event until the opening of the doors to the public.
• Departure of goods: 30 minutes after the closing time of the fair. On the closing day, only small goods that can be transported as hand luggage may be removed through the loading and unloading yard.

This event is restricted to professionals with prior registration. Therefore, access is not allowed to children under 16 years of age.
